Q	How does the non slip treatment work?
A	We use a chemical treatment which works naturally and microscopically with the natural pores in the surface to increases the co-efficient of friction. It is not a coating that can peel or chip.

Q	What surfaces can you apply the non-slip treatment to?
A	Any porous, mineral surface, glazed/ceramic/quarry tile, marble, terrazzo, concrete, porcelain, brick and pavers, porcelain and enamel bathtubs and showers, etc.


Q	Does the treated surface look or feel any different?
A	There is no discernible change in appearance after treatment. However, when wet the surface is noticeably slip resistant.

Q	Will my business be inconvenienced by a treatment?
A	No. Our operators will schedule the treatment at a time best suited to the client and circumstances.

Q	How soon after treatment can I walk on the surface?
A	Immediately after treatment.

Q	How is a treated surface maintained?
A	It is OK to use normal cleaning procedures with a good quality, low residue detergent to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the non slip treatment.

Q	What does a treatment cost?
A	Each surface has it's own characteristics which makes it necessary to conduct an on site test to determine the specific treatment required. There is absolutely no obligation to the client when providing this service. We will do a sample area at that time at no charge. We will then be in a position to quote a price for the application.

Q	How long will the anti slip treatment last?
A	The treatment lasts a lifetime. Note: Factors such as extreme high pedestrian traffic, cleaning systems and patterns of wear may call for additional evaluation after several years. Our operators will provide the appropriate recommendation based on your situation.
